Refund & Returns Policy

We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, here's how we handle it.

Return Window

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery. After this period, unfortunately we are unable to offer a return or exchange.

Eligibility Conditions

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

Unworn and unwashed
In its original packaging with all tags attached
Not a sale or discounted item (final sale items are non-returnable)
Not a customised or made-to-order item

How to Initiate a Return

WhatsApp us within 7 days of receiving your order
Provide your order number and reason for return
We will confirm eligibility and share return instructions
Ship the item back to our address (return shipping cost is the customer's responsibility)

Exchanges

We offer size exchanges subject to stock availability. If your required size is unavailable, we will issue store credit for the full amount.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of approval. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days via bank transfer to your provided account, or as store credit. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos. We will resolve it at no additional cost to you.
